M&E
Our in-house M&E division works on all projects. Technical engineers conduct thorough mechanical and electrical validations pre-construction, while site engineers work in tandem with our technical services manager to carry out all installations and mitigate any challenges that arise.
Post-construction, we issue O&M manuals and as-built drawings before handing over to our sister company, Bloomsbury Maintenance.

Chain
We work with a super-prime supply chain consisting of over 200 members. All suppliers are carefully vetted using our three-stage onboarding process, which includes pre-qualification questionnaires, references and financial checks. We also conduct stringent quality control checks of both completed and in-progress works.

As part of our longstanding commitment to workplace safety, we are accredited by leading regulatory bodies including CHAS. We work with an independent health and safety inspector who conducts monthly audits on all our projects.
